About Lisa
I am a disabled U.S. Navy veteran. My passion for designing jewelry and creating glass seed-beaded flowers/plants all started because of an adorable little dog I found on my front porch back in January 2013.
My neighbor Henry, an elderly disabled U.S. Air Force veteran, had just adopted Bella that day, and she escaped when he opened the front door. In our conversation, he mentioned he was a jeweler and wanted to teach someone how to design jewelry pieces. I never thought about making jewelry, as I was a military woman and that was ‘girly’ stuff! He urged me to just give it a try. I was hooked after designing my first gemstone bracelet!
Henry taught me how to only use high-quality materials in my jewelry designs and introduced me to the world of glass beads. Now in 2025, I LOVE to play with glass and crystal beads, precious and natural gemstones and working with manipulating metals! It’s wonderful to create something that makes a person feel special, feel better about themselves and put a smile on their face!
Jewelry can be worn for any occasion. Who says you can’t wear a long strand of pearls around the house while cleaning? Why not display flowers and plants that last forever and can’t harm your pets?
